Molly and I had a nice walk today. It sure felt good to be able to get out and about after all the heat earlier in the week and then the rain of yesterday.
All the rain sure made everything green right up. There are tiny little green olives forming on the Autumn Olive trees along the trail. The birds will be enjoying them in a month or so.
We saw a turtle sunning itself on a rock, but it heard us approaching and slipped into the water, so I didn't get a picture of him. We walked all along the water's edge looking for another one, but there wasn't another to be found :(

Oh, I hope you can capture the turtle on another one of your walks with Molly - sounds very pleasant!
