Adventures in Cooking

So I decide to make a cold macaroni salad for dinner. Real simple. But it is a proven fact that I cannot do two things at the same time.

I started boiling the macaroni shells, checked them and decided they needed only a couple more minutes on the stove. Then I got caught up in cleaning and organizing my scrap area. Uh oh, time flies whether you are having fun or not. I didn't remember the macaroni until about 35 minutes later

Well, I salvaged what I could from the pan and made up the salad. I sure hope it tastes alright. It's sitting in the frig cooling off.Hey!

At least I didn't burn it!
