Well, Finally

We got some snow. Of course, we first had to endure allot of rain. It started on Friday night and continued through Saturday as a really hard rain, but finally by Saturday afternoon those rain drops changed over to snowflakes.

Everything looks so much better now, with a covering of snow. The lake looks weird, since it isn't frozen over.

I guess we shouldn't have been surprised by this sudden return of winter. The Super Bowl was this past weekend. Here we had been experiencing some extremely mild weather for this time of year and it was looking like there would be absolutely no problems for all those "out-of-towners". But this storm hit on the eve of the big event. I'm sure many of the attendees were experiencing their first snow :)


Miss Molly is having fun with the snow. She has spent a great deal of time outdoors, just walking around, burying her nose, and then breaking into a run.
