Today is June 1st

At one time June 1st didn't have a whole lot of significance to me, but now it is a depressing date.

  • June 1, 2008 would have been my G0d Son Kenny's 18th birthday - instead my nephew is forever 12 due to an auto accident on February 7, 2003.
  • June 1, 1998, my Chuck had open heart surgery - quadruple by-pass.
  • June 1 2006, my Chuck had a heart catherization and we were told that one of his by-passes had failed.

I need to call my brother...
