Mexican Food

Every week I have two or three meals at the Red Pepper, the local Mexican restaurant that is just around the corner from my house.

Rob and I try to have lunch there on Sundays, before he goes to work. It is our effort to catch up with each other.

Then on Monday, all the leaders of Cub Pack 101 get together there to eat and reflect over the meeting we just had with the boys. And mostly to celebrate that we survived.

And of course on Tuesdays it is TACO TUESDAY! 50 cent tacos. I get a dozen flour to go. They are great when they are cold.
